1. About Marfini Maldives

Marfini Maldives offers travel consultation, itinerary planning, and booking services for clients seeking personalized Maldives holidays. Our role is to assist and guide customers through resort selection, package design, and related travel services.

2. Services Provided

• Travel consultation and itinerary planning
• Resort selection and room category recommendations
• Quotation and availability checks
• Booking assistance with partner resorts, agents, or platforms
• Post-booking support

We do not own or operate the resorts or third-party services listed or recommended. All bookings are subject to the individual terms of the service providers.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotes are provided based on real-time availability and may change without notice.
• Quoted prices are only valid at the time of communication.
• Marfini Maldives is not responsible for price changes, availability, or changes made by third-party providers.

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified.
• Payment methods and currencies will be disclosed at the time of confirmation.
• Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation and refund policies of the respective service provider (e.g., resort or travel partner) will apply.
• Marfini Maldives is not liable for any fees, charges, or exchange rate fluctuations imposed by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Each booking is subject to the cancellation policy of the resort or travel provider.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Refundable bookings, if cancelled within the allowed period, will be refunded after deducting any applicable administrative fees.
• Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 working days upon confirmation from the provider.

6. Liability

• Marfini Maldives acts as a consultant and facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, performance, or delivery of services by third-party providers.
• We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or dissatisfaction related to services rendered by airlines, resorts, or other partners.

7. Client Responsibilities

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided (names, travel dates, preferences) is accurate.
• Clients must hold valid travel documents, including passports and visas, where applicable.
• Any changes or special requests must be communicated in writing.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• We collect client information solely to provide travel services.
• Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required to complete bookings.
• By using our services, you consent to the use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malé, Maldives.

10. Amendments

Marfini Maldives reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
